Process of inline hardening: +100% bar strength and +100% tip life. Handle material: remains chemically resistant but softer for increased comfort. Operate “Channel”: torque + 10%. Marking with a laser is almost always permanent. Improved screw fit, increased torque transfer, and decreased wear are provided via CNC tip cutting.
