Bell MAG 1 Offshore Orange Helmet
The newest Mag-1 powerboating model, the Bell Mag-1 Offshore open-face helmet, is finished in a vivid Day-Glo orange hue. It is an excellent entry-level FIA-approved helmet for clubman use and is often required for most events. It is also quite popular in motorsport and trackday activities.
provided pre-drilled with threaded inserts that are prepared to take FHR or HANS posts if needed, lowering the cost for those who do not need them. The most recent iteration of the traditional open-face clubman design boasts an adjustable sun peak, an anti-dazzle strip, and a lightweight fibreglass composite shell.
Inside, there’s a cosy fire-resistant lining, a Kevlar chinstrap, and an internal layout that allows for the optional retrofitting of an intercom headset. Fully compliant with FIA standard 8859-2015 for frontal head restraint systems.
The FIA 8859-2024 replaces the FIA 8859-2015 as the latest FIA standard. Both standards are currently acceptable for motorsport use and have no set expiry date as yet.
